- The school district is still going through budget cuts. It's hard not to be frustrated at how we got into this situation. I think I'm ok as far as having a job next year, but I won't heave that sigh of relief until that contract is in my hot little hands.
- Bonnie is getting closer to having her pups. She really looks pregnant now. I can't wait until we can feel them moving!
- Roxy and Hank are enjoying this nice weather that has occasionally been our way. They love to play around the pond especially since Bonnie has shown them how to dig out mice. Thanks Bonnie.
- Stella Rose Originals is doing pretty ok. I'm really getting into this promoting my business thing! Maybe if teaching doesn't work out, I can be in advertising and marketing!
- Clint and I went to a wedding on the first day of spring...during a blizzard. Craziness! It also led to the funniest conversation. Me (holding my niece, Paige) - "Clint, look! A baby looks good on me. I definitely want a baby more than a puppy." Clint - "Well, just remember, you can't just say 'kennel up' and kick the crate when it starts whining." Gotta love him!
- Also on that day, the Jayhawks lost in the NCAA tournament. Boo! I had to keep up with the end of the game on my iPhone...before the wedding...in church. But it was over before the wedding started. I swear!
- Clint got sick last night. Woke me up in the middle of the night and told me he would need to go to the hospital tomorrow and would I please stay home with him. Stayed home to be Clint's slave and take him to the doctor to find out he has a sinus infection...a bad one. So I will be sleeping in the guest room while Sir Snoresalot is elsewhere.
So, there you have it. The update to make up for the last few weeks. Hopefully I get back on track with this, but the MAP tests are looming!
