Snowed In

So, as many of you know, I had two snow days to make a four day weekend this last weekend. It was nice. Clint and I had everything we needed and were cozy and tucked into our warm house with the dogs.

I was able to get a lot done. I cleaned the house, did some school work, did all the laundry and folded it, and made some more jewelry. I'm trying to get some samples together for when I have my little jewelry party. I love just sitting at the coffee table with the TV on and seeing what I can make.

I also had a fun wine night with some friends and made Liz a bad ass necklace. Even if she was kind of a slave driver and wouldn't let me stop and finish the next day. It looked great and she was very happy with it. It was wonderful just to get caught up with friends I haven't seen in a while. We will definitely do this more often!

Another thing I did on break was become extremely jealous of Clinton's phone. He got a new phone (and still won't let me play with it). I was so sad about my phone and how crappy it had become...until his mom said I could be on their family plan and save a buttload (yes, I said buttload) of money. I will be able to get an iphone with the data plan and still be paying less than what I was paying. How crazy (crazy in a fabulous way)!

I've been working on a blog for my jewelry, you know, to post pictures and everything, but I'm still struggling to come up with a good name for my little business. I want something catchy, romantic, natural, and original. I had Carlei Rose Designs, but I just don't love it. Well, I love my name, but it's not catchy like Lia Sophia or Silpada. Nicole has given me a good idea and I might go with that, but still thinking on it. It's kind of like naming a kid, you don't want it to be the dorky name. You want it to be cool and unique and something they can grow into. I'm open to suggestions!
