I'm wondering where the summer went so quickly. Oh, yeah, working. I've been kept busy with Stella Rose Originals stuff, tutoring, working, and house projects. I had a booth at a Home Show Bizarre on Sunday and it went ok. I made my money back on the booth, won a raffle prize, and got my name out there. And I booked a home show for a basket/home decor company for November 6th. Be looking for your invitation! ;)
I finally finished painting the shed! I came home early yesterday and got it done despite the heat, 2 bee stings, and Hank mysteriously ending up with paint on him. When Clint and I stood back to look at it, we realized the green isn't quite the right color, but I let him know it would have to do because there was no way on God's green earth that I was painting it again.
Speaking of the hubs, we celebrated our second anniversary this last weekend. Nothing big, we just went out to eat and hung out at the house. I kind of feel bad that we don't get gifts for each other, but to be honest, neither of us wants to spend our money on froo-froo stuff right now. So a quiet evening together with a nice dinner suits us just fine. We talked about memories from us meeting (shout out to the Fishbeak), dating, and getting married. We also talked a lot about our future. I love that we both share the same view of our future.
