Cool Things about IVF

There are a lot of downsides to IVF.  It's expensive, it's putting a lot in the hands of science, my embryos are outside me for 5 days,  there are zero surprises, etc...  But there are a few upsides, too.  One upside was that I have pictures of my babies at 5 days after conception.  Just a few cells big. 

I also was able to know exactly which week was the first week of pregnancy (when your period starts).  So I have been able to take weekly pictures starting with week 1.

 

 

 

 

 

 

As you can probably tell, I was pretty damn excited!
